Anyone could see that Hatton was wound up by Witter but Warren kept him away. Everyone knows that Warren will not risk his meal tickets. We all waited for ages for Ricky to have a chance to proe himself, so long that some began to actually doubt him. Fair play to Hatton, he forced Warren's hand. But if Witter was such an easy option, then why not just beat him and be done. Now they are saying that Ricky is too big and is only interested in big fights and the money. Well looking at Hatton's next fight lined up, what is he adding to his legacy? I know what will be a bigger challenge and make more money and get him another belt. But as we all know there is a bigger risk.
Give both boxers respect, Hatton took an age being gradually brought up to the level where he could fight a world class fighter. Witter jumped in straight at the deep end (even though he didn't look good) and wasn't stopped even at that stage.
Well Hatton brings PPV for starters secondly 25000 fans?? So thats what Hatton brings the big money, why do you think Witter has been calling him out? Witter is lucky to make £20000 a fight, and i hear Hennesey are saying it should be 50/50 split LMAO!! You mean Witter thinks he should get 50% of what the fight makes when he probably brings about 10% of revenue if that to the table, Witter Hatton would be a great fight but 50/50 please Junior it's not April the 1st.
