Great styles match up with both having the ideal opponent to maximize their biggest strength. Provo with the undentable physicality and pop and Khans speed and mobile boxing. This isn't five years ago and this isn't that Khan nor is it Maidana. It's flawed thinking to automatically assume a pressure puncher gets to aglass chin and we've all done it, but in this case I'm going with it. I honestly don't think Khan has the mentality to deal with the unrelenting pressure of a Provo. Add the chin with the punch resistance of a used lightbulb and Provo gets to him, vicious to the body as much as the head. On the flip side Provos face and eyes tend to bust up. Khan has the ability to cut him to ribbons but eventually his feet stop to do so. Will vs skill or flesh vs chin, either way Khan gets caved in I believe.

    Depends where you see Khan.

It is ballsy for Khan to take on an aggressive puncher which is what Amir has clearly avoided. It is a step up in that sense.

However it is a blown up light welterweight who is very one dimensional, can be clearly out boxed and beaten by the opponent Khan has already beaten. It is a step down in that sense.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
