Floyd always fight at an advantage, he would have insisted on a catch weight.

When Floyd fans, I actually consider myself one, but when it is said TBE is it meant ever, in all of boxing, or a particular weight. In the history of boxing I can see ATG thrown in with a number of fighters but not TBE in all of boxing history.

Pioneer in drugs testing? Yes. If you pay the drug testers enough money you can tell them when you're ready to be tested, get preferential treatment over your competiton and when you get caught cheating they'll cover it up anyway.

That leaves two that do have something to do with boxing skill and ability, and highly debatable on the first count. The second one may be true, but why? Hardly a compelling case for TBE.
