Karaganda is far past the Ural mountains. That is not Eastern Europe.(GGG)

And Semey Kazakstan is far past the Urals as well(Wladimir)

Kopeysk is East of Urals(Kovalev)

So 50% of the list is accurate.
The klitschkos are just born in the weird places due to their fathers millitary career, I would say they still have to count as ukranians and therefore eastern europeans, wladimir isnt a kazak and vitali isnt from Kyrgyzstan just because they were born there. Bruce willis was born in germany after all.
So if where you were born is irrelevant how exactly do you define where a person is from? Please be specific because I always thought it was rather simple but apparently not
well i would say where their parents are from is a rather big one and where they lived a lot of their life.... where you are born is the mostly irrelevant factor in my opinion, do you really consider someone like Bruce Willis to be german? The football player rio mavuba was born at sea, where is he from then :S
