That is a fact. Poor guy. He was such a solid fighter and had the misfortune of having to fight the prime, undefeated Oscar, Tito, and Ike Quartey for titles, and gave each of them tough fights before losing. If Oba had come along only five years later he would've easily won a title and likely been in the Mosely, Mayorga, Vernon Forrest mix.
