This is not about whether or not it is enforceable. You wouldn't like new gun laws to go on the books with you even if they were unenforceable. What I am trying to show is the political cloud at the grassroots level that that group of Muslim parents has in Connecticut. Now I don't know how they can enforce that then but I do believe they will try. The point is this Muslim parents have changed at least on paper which is what laws are aren't they an age-old Halloween celebration in a quaint little Connecticut town.

What a wild stretch of the meaning of language and an unsound conclusion to come to based on the post about the Halloween banning in a Connecticut town. If this was a literary class and that passage was interpreted by any student to mean the incitement of hatred, that student would fail the class miserably.
