Could you explain your criteria? Clearly you don't have them arranged by who was best so I'm curious how you have sorted them
By who was best? you're acting like you're subjective opinion about who is best was supposed to influence my choice of who I thought was best!

Nobody beats Sugar Ray Robinson or Sugar Ray Leonard let's get that straight right now. And you be hard pressed to find anybody who could be the prime Julio Cesar Chavez. That's why they are ranked 1 2 & 3. There's no question that LaMotta and Trinidad with the least talented of the lot and so that's why they're ranked 7th and 8th
At WW? Or just at their best weight? Are you arranging them by a P4P sense? JCC was not a great WW, so the I wondered your criteria.

If I had a time machine these are 16 guys I'd gather for a welter weight storm in no particular order.

    Hearns
    Napoles
    Leonard
    Robinson
    Griffith
    Armstrong
    Langford
    Benitez
    Mayweather
    Mclarnin
    Gavilan
    Walcott
    Lewis. Ted not Henry
    Burley
    Ryan
    Basilio

I suspect Robinson with the health benefits of this era would be at least 6'3" and 175lbs if he were around today. With training camps, proper dietary methods and only fighting two/three times a year, Robinson might have retired unbeaten in 60/70 fights with titles from Super Middle up to Heavyweight.

When Ray lost that fight after 124 bouts? Wasn't he tricking for kitty-kat the night before? With Las Vegas ring card girls today. He probably loses a few bouts due to dehydrating/draining himself in a deluxe jacuzzi suite surrounded by 3-5 bad azz hoes.

65 years since he beat bobo olson they showed one of his fights against him and he was perfect.

Robinson would have been a multi weight champion. Sugar man was the original money man and negotiated hard for his money. He would make Floyd look like Gandhi when it comes to getting every last dollar.
