I don't see Lacy being the future of the division I think Kessler is a better fighter than him. Kessler Calzaghe would be more competitive than Kessler Lacy imo, that's how much better I feel Kessler is.. I guess we will see, but remember Calzaghe and Kessler are fighting on HBO back to back, if they both blast out their opponents it would be a superfight for 4 belts, and if Kessler dominates Beyer especially it would make the fight likely..

Hard fight against a hard fighter...Winky will handle him though.

I wish that I had a crystal so that I could atleast pick who everyone's going for after they bail out on Kessler.

A year & a half before Calzaghe handed Lacy his ass...Lacy was KOTW...look at him now.

It should be interesting, I guess one of these days Winky's gonna have to start falling off at least a little bit but he's crafty enough to where even if he falls off physically he can still be effective.

Seems to me that whoever backs the other guy up is most likely to win, both guys are more comfortable on the front foot. I'd be pretty surprised if Winky doesn't pull out a UD

no idea, of course Winky saying its on, and them already having a location and date is good enough to think its credible.

There is no way in the world that Quartey will win this fight.

he better do it convincingly, a close decision in Winky's hometown most likely goes to Winky.
Quartey doesn't do anything convincingly anymore. Hell, neither does Wright for that matter.

Did you all see the Quartey-Forest fight. Quartey was robbed, no doubt. But if you think that either of those lame ass boxers stand a chance in hell against Winky I guess I disagree. Washed up they are.

I am sure Vernon is pissed off because Quartey is getting a big fight before him, but it's good that boxing fans aren't going to stand for this robbery bullshit, in the record books it say's Vernon won the fight but we see who got the reward. Good job fans.

I dont think Ike will win either but its the 1st time Wright is facing a guy who can match him for jabs . Exceeds him in power , and is just as quick . The layoff os what will upset Ike and his workrate is pretty poor , I can see Wright outscoring him .

On the otherhand Wright Imo lost to Taylor last time , he struggled with Soliman , Vargas , Vasquez and Simon all showed that pressure is the way to beat Wright and Ike did a good job of applying the pressure for the 1st 6 rounds against Forrest

Yea but Forrest displayed no jab, and had no problem letting Quartey back him up repeatedly.. Winky is much stronger than either of those 2, who were great welterweight fighters.. I just can't see Ike being the stronger guy in there, which he would almost need to be, it's whoever can back the other guy up that will win this fight.. And I couldn't see it being Quartey.

Yeah but Ike is the bigger hitter so that may make Wright think twice . Now I think Wright will win so im just playing devils advocate with you but would you not agrre that Ike is less 1 dimensional than Tito . Ike can pressure but he can also box aswel . Whilst I dont think he can sustain the pace that Simon could , he does posses more class , punch power speed and a better jab .
