Default Oscar is saying that tito demands 80/20 split

i guess that trinidad doesnt want to fight after all, so whats next for oscar?

hopefully pbf (assuming he beats baldomir) but if for whatever reason he doesnt fight mayweather, i think that mosely is a serious possibility (money, redemption, big name)

oscar would beat shane this time around, im certain

(you can see the interview on boxingtalk.com front page where he says tito wants an absurd 80%)

I dont think Tito wants to fight and i doubt PBF will want to , its too risky for him , Mosley also didnt show too much interest. I think theres a possibility of the winner of Quartey - Wright fight Oscar

well, pbf has been very outspoken about wanting to fight oscar for a very long time, so if anybody doesnt want that fight, its probably gonna be oscar.

as for the winner of the quartey-wright fight, that would be an almost certain loss for oscar (assuming its at 160)
i have yet to see oscar win a fight at 160. delahoya vs. strum was one of the biggest robberies of all time and quartey was also robbed when he fought oscar at welter, imho

winky wright vs. oscar delahoya at 154 would be HUGE, but delahoya vs. quartey wouldnt appeal to the casual fan nearly as much.

i think its gonna be mayweather, mosely, or wright at 154. hopefully mayweather, because that would be a hell of a way to cement his whole "world titles in five different weight classes before he turns 30," legacy

Considering Tito is retired ...I'd say he didn't want to fight. Oscar thought he copuld talk Tito into it but bringing up his name . Tito called him on it. NOW Oscar is trying to save face. Tito has always said he wanted the Champions share (60/40) based on teh W he has. I confirmed with a DKP official THIS MORNING that Tito's offer has always been the same .

True, and we all have to consider that Tito took the 10 million in the first fight while Oscar took home twenty million. After he beat Oscar he told him that they should have an immediate rematch all they have to do was switch the price tags, Oscar declined, and people actually believe him when he tells everyone he has been trying to fight Tito. Liar Liar.

The first thing I thought when I saw that: What a load of bullshit

Nobody demands an 80/20 split, if Tito wanted to avoid fighting him he'd ask for something like 65/35.

CC, not even Oscar demands 80/20 and he is the most anal when it comes to the purses in his fights.

Really, the only thing I can come up with to make me believe Oscar on this one is that he couldn't possibly be dumb enough to think people would buy this.

Tito asking for 80/20 is saying "hey I'm an idiot and a chickenshit", why would he do that? Like I said there are ways of pricing yourself out in a more subtle way, this is a really bizarre way, hence it seems like BS.

Tito doesn't want the rematch...he's got the prestige of the "win" over Oscar...why would he give it up?

Shane won't fight Oscar again...or Oscar won't fight Shane again...theyr'e partners & Oscar aint that stupid.

Mayweather will end up outpricing himself after the Baldo fight.

Wright will never fight Oscar...because Oscar's backing him now too...

The smart money's on the happenings of a Mayweather fight...unles he ends up outpricing himself after the Baldo fight.
Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!

Now its Oscar saying 70/30 for him at 154 promoted by GBP. Tito won't do that, its an insulting offer.

Tito's saying 50/50 at 160. Oscar won't do that, especially with the fact that he's not a 160 pounder. .

Sounds like it won't be happening unless they both compromise a bit.

Trinidad is retired. Why don't they leave his ass alone? Let him enjoy his retirement.
