    @Master
    Low blows, kidney punches, hitting whilst down Rocky was the dirtiest heavyweight champion ever.
    He wasn't in there to play, by golly. No siree Bob, he fought like he really wanted to hurt someone, strange to see that in a fighter. Too bad MMA wasn't around then, he would have been a superstar at that too.
    You can try to compare Marciano's overzealous fighting style to Ali's calculated cheating but it just won't wash.
    I think I'll start a new thread, UNDERSTANDING AND DEALING WITH MARCIANO HATERS.

    Edit...this might be better, these attacks seem so personal, UNDERSTANDING AND DEALING WITH MARCIANO'S HATERS. I really, really, really can't understand where all the hate for Rocky comes from, you can take it from me he was a great human being! Hell, even the guys he beat say he was a nice guy and just respect him so much!! He was a great person in and out of the ring and even liked children!!!! I met a guy who talked to Rocky once and he said Rocky was a nice guy, also! Why doesn't everyone worship Marciano like I do? These Marciano haters have to be dealt with, they need help.
