Since Isis has proven rape and sex trafficking are part of their process, yes. I don't think these assholes should dole out any justice on anyone as they cut off heads of moderate Muslims, Christians, yazidis, reporters and others. They are subhuman. I would not give them the privilege of hurting even rapists who are a class above them.
