Problem is hes contractually obliged to face Wlad with no fights inbetween. He may have to relinquish the IBF if Wlad wants the rematch, which wouldnt happen until May.

I honestly don't think the rematch will happen. What is Wlad going to do different in a rematch? He couldn't (or wouldn't ) get past Fury's jab, he wasn't prepared to take the risk .
He could retire and in time people might cut him a bit of slack for getting beat by Fury, they could say he was past his best , freak result, etc. but if he lost twice to Fury, he and his legacy are never getting over that. And if he beat Fury , it wouldn't make much difference either, people will say "well you should've won first time round."
As was pointed out earlier, now Fury has 3 belts, he's going to have to fight quite a few mandatories, and at the moment I see no problem with that. He's still gonna earn a shit load of cash, he's the HW Champion of the World and he just beat Klitschko!
If there's no rematch, Fury's next 3 fights will be something like Glazkov,Chagaev, Joshua.
Wilder has got business with Povetkin to sort out, and I don't believe Haye will have the patience to earn his way up the rankings .

Has anyone else started the clock on when these belts all go flying in different directions? I heard Glazkov mentioned as possible Wilder January fight on a weekend broadcast. That would be suitable as Wilders is off 2 unranked 'voluntary defenses' but for an undefeated fighter, I think I've seen Glazkov lose two or three times now. Fury might just have to choose what colorful anchor he wants to carry the most. Don't think Glazkov does much for him.

If they strip fury of any of the belts for re matching Wlad then it is a disgrace .
Wlad has till January to decide if he want the rematch clause , all the governing bodies should cut fury some slack until that happens , the dust hasn't even settled yet.
Nobody wants multiple different belt holders , we want wlad ( if he wants it ) then wilder.

That just means the belts are about to be sliced up.

It shouldn't matter to any real boxing fan as we know Fury is currently THE champ regardless of belts. And the person that beats him will become THE champ.
