How dare Genghis Khan kill / 25 million people for absolutely no reason than the sheer joy of killing murder homicide and genocide. I think it was more like 40 or 50 million or about 10% or so of the earths population at the time but it was not just him but wars carried out under his banner. His empire was so big that by the time he got the message the war was over. Thing is though he has also come close to replacing those killed through his own breeding practices and that of his male spin-offs. Today some experts suggest that as many as 20 million men carry his unique y chromosome. In addition, science can also show that his conquests also took about a billion tons of carbon out of the atmosphere.
