With the rampant commercialism and religious wars going on, I think people have forgotten the true meaning of Christmas.

It seems Santa was crucified for nothing. People should reacquaint themselves by reading the Book of Genesis by Phil Collins.

The stupid wastefulness of Christmas is what gets me. What is the bloody point of a cracker and a paper crown?They have to be up there in the list of most pointless things and the chopping down of healthy trees to let them decay in a living room too. Plus Santa is an anagram of satan and is creepy. I've never understood that one either.

And the debt that goes with it. Christmas is cool to say 'I'm alive' and 'Are you alright?', but the rest is definitely very naff. Kids only like it because of ths naff stuff they are programmed to like. I mean, that Santa thing is not something you would have a natural affinity for. Odd.
