I don't deny Tyson a good break for Christmas, but Hughie should be chomping at the bit to fight Wilder, nothing to lose.
He's hardly been busy lately, and it's gotta be the best payday he's ever had. And if the World champ can sacrifice Christmas, surely the Challenger can?
On another point, does anybody else think Wilder is making himself look a bit of a cunt?
He's champion of the World, yet HE is calling out Hughie Fury and Joshua, and arguing in Public with Shannon Briggs and rumours that he's fighting him next! Bit of the circus act about that.
He's making himself look like a playground bully who is a bit insecure.

Him and Tyson have the same trainer dont forget and they are all close family. They want to have Christmas together no doubt and not be worrying about a training camp and paying sparring partners etc over Christmas. It would be a world title fight not just another journeyman so all attention needs to be on the camp. They know what they are doing, they just beat Wladimir Klitschko in Germany![]()

Hughie is too young and not experienced enough for Wilder. It's not the right time for this fight, he needs a solid year next year and he might be ready. But he's still got a lot to learn and for a heavyweight he's still got Physical maturing to do. He does have potential to do very well though. I hope he gets some solid opposition again soon.

Considering Hughie fights on undercards in front of one man and a dog you would think he'd jump at the chance for a "world" title fight.
