Kuznetsov seems to be doing pretty good this season for washington, I quite like him so this is good news for me, Ovechkin is also having a good goal scoring season too.

As for the canucks, the season isnt going so well and some people here are wanting the coach out :S At lelast daniel sedin is looking like he's going to set the all time goal scoring record for the canucks, I think he needs 6 more and the record is his. That's something to look forward to ! :S

I like Tarasenko out of all the Ruskies....Ovechkin really is the best, though I think in his day Sergei Federov would have out played him. I also think Pavel Bure would have had better numbers had he not gotten injured so much.


The World Cup of Hockey in September and October of2016 should be amazing! Canada, United States, Russia, Sweden, Finland, and Czech Republic will be playing....and honestly out of that group anyone can win, though most will expect Canada to dominate.

How are you fellows in carolina finding eddie lack ? havent seen the hurricanes at all really but I looked up eddies stats and it looks like he is playing pretty similar to his canucks days.


Finally went to my first canucks game of the season, v florida last monday, florida were on a 12 game winning streak. Crowd was pretty quiet and the biggest cheers were for luongo, which is funny as he was practically chased out of vancouver. Jagr did the canucks a favour and took a stupid penalty at the start of overtime and daniel sedin scored to tie naslund for the most goals in franchise history.

Also when will the islanders change their name to brooklyn, can't see them staying as the islanders now that they have moved. They have the black shirts as an alternative right now but it cant be long before that becomes their home shirt.

Now.... anyone who watches this and doesn't think the hit was intentional needs to have their eyesight examined. I'd suspend him for the rest of the season, minimum. It was a horseshit move.

Yeah, I heard commentators say he wasn't known to be that kind of player. But regardless, he needs to get a very strong penalty to ensure this kind of stuff doesn't happen again. Just out of curiosity, I wonder how strong a penalty a football player in the NFL would get for the same type of transgression.
