I was never hijacked prior to this law either. The frequency of hijackings is extremely remote, and especially using pen knives and fingernail clippers. Considering you have the right to smoke cigarettes which kill approximately

440,000 per year, 36,666 per month, 8,461 per week, 1,205 per day, 50 per hour, 0 per minute, 0 per second.

I would assume that you have the right to be hijacked.
