Hello Andre, long time no see. Ours was an hour after you, Sydney time here. Drizzling a bit, 26 centigrade and virtual battleground, with unbelievable amount of firecrackers and fireworks everywhere, not to mention occasional gunfire burst, from handguns to M16's, and heck a lot of smoke. This is New Years, Philippines. HAPPY NEW YEARS TO YOU ALL!

Ha aside from total fire ban here fireworks are not legal in this state. There were adverts along side the dont drink and drive ads stating up to 15,000 dollar fines for illegal fireworks and jail too. I have never seen or heard as many go off around here as what went off last night. I think everyones NewYears resolution must of been 'Fuck the Police'.

I was talking about the state Victoria here in Australia mate,fireworks are not legal to be used by the public.
