I don't think Roy was any slower in the Harmn fight, he just wasn't fighting an ancient fighter. McAllum should've never been at 175 in the first place, and when Roy fought him he was a decade past his prime. This point further illustrates my point that Roy fought pathetic opposition during his prime, n that was what allowed him to seem so "great" for so long.
Roy could have fought better opposition but having B Hop and Toney on his record is better than having Benn, Eubank and G Man on it.
