Well after reading your post I scoured the Heavyweight rankings in search of this Mr Head who will probably get a shot at Wilder now and found nothing so I assumed you had been auto corrected by whichever device you was using. His first world title fight - Mormeck - was on Setanta. Haye has also been live on HBO in America.

Whether or not more people currently know who Tyson Fury is in America is irrelevant. Americans are not their audience.
