I said people show up at sporting events involving black athletes wearing gorilla costumes, throwing bananas all the time. And they do. Now just to be clear.....when I say "all the time" that does not mean every event and when I say Russian fans, that does not mean all Russian fans. FFS Kovalev even gave a shirt as a gift with a chimp's face super-imposed on Stevensons body with a caption reading "Adonis looks great" and tweeted it so I'm not off in my conclusion or charge in the least.

To be fair there's a huge problem in Russian football with racism. They've had to play Champions League matches behind closed doors due to the behaviour of their fans. Even club directors are openly racist. The problem is getting worse and most cases now aren't even reported, never mind punished.

I'm a dipshit. I've misrepresented what you said. When you say "Russian fans" it doesn't mean "Russian fans." "They" doesn't mean "they." Kovalev wore a chimp shirt, which proves you right.
