Although their encounter was brief, Mayweather made it clear to Khan that he's wasting his time if he's still chasing after a lucrative payday and his pound-for-pound throne.

"I just let him basically know that there's only one king. The only Amir I know is my son, you know, Koraun Amir Mayweather. My son's a young king on the rise. Right now, he's a prince because the king is still here. The king is still on the throne and he's still dictating and moving the way that he wants to move. "It's crazy how fighters seem to forget. This is the same fighter that was working in the boxing gym with my uncle Roger some years back and I was trying to help give him some pointers. I think he was sponsored by Reebok at that particular time. Then I think he lost a couple bouts and Reebok said they had to move on in another direction, and you know which way they came," he added. "I think he's a really, really good fighter. I think Danny Garcia is a very good fighter. I think right now for boxing, for the UK fans, Kell Brook and Amir Khan would be a good fight. Kell Brook, he's a guy that everyone is sleeping on."

Lol he does have a point though. Why would he even consider Khan for 50. He kind of brought Khan down to earth. Khan got annihilated by a guy who barely beat a worn out Guerrero who Floyd shut out.
It would be bad enough if Floyd came back for Garcia.
