looks 100% intentional to me. It's a little strange as he isn't usually that kind of player but he will get 20+ games at least anyway.

Yeah, I heard commentators say he wasn't known to be that kind of player. But regardless, he needs to get a very strong penalty to ensure this kind of stuff doesn't happen again. Just out of curiosity, I wonder how strong a penalty a football player in the NFL would get for the same type of transgression.
