I don't get your point that... He's not on Groves level at supermiddle?
well he isn't. You wax lyrical about Murray's near misses, but dismiss Groves's . Froch KO'd Groves , but you could say that in 17 rounds, Froch only won about 5. But anyway, forget about the past, in the here and now, who has Murray beat at SMW in the top 100?
Yeah , Murray went 11 rounds with GGG, So what? He lost 11 rounds.
Abraham is one of the top supermiddles in the world. The Ring have him ranked no.1 (personally I think DeGale is no.1 but I understand the ranking). In Murray's last fight he lost a close decision against him.
well of the 2 you mentioned, I reckon he'd beat Abraham, and he's already beat DeGale (as you say, FACT.)
Groves was sparked by Froch and lost a close decision against Jack. I don't see the superior level Groves has fought at that makes Murray not worthy to share a ring with him, and if I bring the middleweights in, then Murray has fought better opposition than Groves.
If he's such a great MW, why isn't he still a MW? Because he fell just short, and that's exactly what's happening at SMW. You could say the same about Groves, but Groves is rated higher than Murray and will get his next shot quicker.
What is wrong with Murray v Feigenbutz or Buglioni? By the end of the year, Groves will be fighting Abraham or De Carolis, and I happen to think he beats both fair
Y comfortably.
I don't care about what money they would earn, or what they gain from it, i'm just interested in good matchups. I think it's a good fight.
well THEY care what money they earn and I reckon Groves/Abraham is a good match up, I also think Groves/Callum Smith is a good match up. And I think Murray/Buglioni and Murray/Feigenbutz are good match ups.
