Is there anyone out there that still defends/supports Adonis Stevenson?

I'm not even sure Canadians support Adonis at this point, despite the fact that Canada is Stevenson's "adopted" home. He crowd seemed to cheer/support Kov when he called Stevenson out. I just can't stand the guy, and think he is a complete fraud who keeps selecting inferior and past their best opponents so he can hold on to his title longer. That would be fine if he wasn't constantly running his mouth about fighting the guys (Kov/HOP) who really do fight the best available competition.

I've never supported him and he has been ducking kov since he won the title basically. Originally he said he was fight bhop so he couldn't fight kov but then kov fought bhop then everybody wanted him to fight Pascal for a big Canadian fight then kov fought him. Stevenson won't ever take a risk even against lesser opponents than kov.

No. I'm Canadian but that's not worth saying as Stevenson isn't, and I root against Canadian fighters if anything. Imo, the guy is a one hit wonder, until he does anything else at least. I also don't buy for a second that circumstances of any kind would make an otherwise decent person turn to pimping and assaulting women, that's something that most people just don't have in them. He is a pile of dogshit as far as I'm concerned, and he honestly strikes me as almost sub human just behaviorally.

No, I think he is overrated anyway. Kovalev would torture him for 4 rounds before finishing it in 5. Stevenson is old and I think his chin is dodgy. You cannot have a dodgy chin against Kovalev.
