Cotto keeping the 140 belt as a security blanket just incase.
It makes sense you words, at least I hope he gets the winner
He should, cuz hes been waiting in line for a minute now.
Yeah, Urkal really earned that title shot by going the distance in his last fight with a 2-4 fighter. Maybe, it was his two back-to-back losses to Vivian Harris that did. Come on, homie? Urkal don't deserve S***. I can't believe somebody actually feels bad the he's be pushed to the side. They need to push his a** to the the bottom of the rankings were he belongs. Post like this deserves about 3 sc's.
#1. I aint your homie.
#2. If giving me SC's makes you feel better then have at it.
#2A. Oooppss! guess you already did.
#3. Stop realying on BoxRec and watch the actual fights for once, the 2-4 person that you called 'fighter' is Andrei Rimer if you watched the fight you'll see he was practically on a bike throughout the fight. Fact is Urkal won. Martin Castillo 3 yr. reiging WBA belt in SuperFlyweight Div. lost to Nobuo Nashiro who was 7-0 Martin was having trouble with Nashiro throughout the fight. All that means is NOBODY is invinsible regardless of the quality of your opposition.
#4. I didn't hear you complaining about Hatton-Urkal, he was getting a shot at the title there but everyone was fine with that.
#5. He has 3 loses 2 to Vivian and 1 to Tszyu, no shame in that. Hes bounced back from that and if he was told your getting a title shot then damn! it give him one.
#6. If don't feel Urkal deserves it then who?
So your defending Urkal for fighting a 2-4 guy and going the distance... It doesn't mean a damn thing if he ran, and why would anyone watch a fight like that, Boxrec works just fine for identifying joke fighters. The fact is Urkal has beaten NOONE at welterweight, after losing to Harris twice at jr... And also, when Urkal Hatton was being lined up, I belive that was before Harris beat him twice, and the fact is he was a legitimate contender, at 140. Now, at welterweight, nah... just look who he's ranked ahead of, for your answer to #6..... Collazo, Quintana, Paul Williams.. Your going to tell me he deserves to be because the 2-4 fighter was on his bicycle and Urkal won?? Please.
