Can you tell just by looking at them if they are on steroids or PED? I choose to believe they are clean unless otherwise proven.

You can sorta tell prolonged Roid usage, over the casual use or the one-time use. You can just tell by the physique and the output.

For example, the Andy Ruiz we are seeing NOW is clearly using Roids, even though he isn't chiselled up. The Andy Ruiz before, while not whipped up, was not on the juices.
