The guy was a random serial killer that just did not resist when he was arrested. The worst kind of serial killer. Just shoot anyone and then go about his work. Sick psycho.

No death penalty either?!

I disagree with the death penalty. Nothing worse than losing your liberty and rotting in jail for the rest of your life.

Its takes ten years to put them to death...just think of the stress and pain they go through..death penalty is the only way for this guy.

Being bummed in jail is worse.
