Haye comeback fight on free to air tv

Haye is saying he wants over 6 Million viewers for his next fight and he's deep in talks with several "Free To Air" Freeview channels, he got over 3 Million in January after zero promotion and hardly any advertising.


I can see him bringing that figure of 6 Million fairly easily with a bit of proper promo work

that's all well and good, and I think what he's doing is pretty remarkable, but he needs to name his opponent ffs.

This is what is absolutely stupid about boxing. You can't Blame Haye. For some crazy reason Briggs is ranked no. 4 in one of the rankings. Who else at No. 4 would be bothered to give Haye a chance?
All Haye wants is a title shot and this is the quickest , easiest route to getting it. Add to that the obvious marketing benefits and it becomes a no-brainer. It would probably end up being a final eliminator or something. Absolutely Pathetic.

Id be surprised if its anyone decent. He has his ranking but no rounds under his belt. Even Briggs is a risk because he can take a shot and punch. If hes still there after 3 or 4 rounds.....

Plus, Briggs is calling for Haye because he thinks hed get paid well. Haye cant afford to pay anyone well. He pulled the top two fights on the undercard last time because he couldnt afford them. Dib was supposed to be injured but he fought a week or two ago!!!

Haye has his ranking now, I reckon he will tread water for a while.

Haye will now do a deal with Hatton, who was a proper boxer, to fight his tame lummox Lucas Browne. The Pikeys will be frozen out of the money fights, sad but true, unlucky Tyson.
