    No the timekeeper is the sole keeper of time. If it found that the timekeeping is wrong it can be brought the attention of the supervisor, but it cannot be 'overridden' per se.
    Amazing. So even if the both corners and a couple of judges and even the refs are screaming that it was only one and a half minutes or two minutes there's nothing that can be done. The round is over and they will get the 60 second break before the start of the next round.
