    What a great letter!

I always liked Ola, a real Cinderella story and a career full of adversity and bad breaks. He was never a media darling and so ended up fighting on under cards away from home, with all the rip off decision losses that comes with that.

Learnt his trade properly and was a much more complete fighter than he takes credit for. Dismantled Enzo and others and always came across an an intelligent guy.

Happy retirement champ, and all the best for the future

Wish he had the opportunity to shut Bellew up, that is one fight I wanted more than any.

That was quality. Honestly saw him stateside twice, reminded me of Toney style, and then lost track after first Huck loss. Didn't realize the hard luck lack of experience early on. Hey mid 30's and going out with healthy life perspective and superb writing skills..all the power to him!

Good on him, only got to see a few of his fights honestly but I really liked his style, seemed very aware in the ring and evidently out of it, the two aren't often related with fighters. Something tells me I'd break a rib reading a James Toney retirement letter

Ola could beat Belles, that would have been good to see.
