PW had talent he didn't get the most out of, hard to disagree. I may have justified it knowing he moved UP to Martinez because neither Floyd nor Manny wanted him @WW.
PW IMO had a similar issue as Diego Corrales: two linky fighters who couldn't maintain power once they moved up in weight. But that didn't address your question, so I digress....
