Is there anybody who can beat Tokyo Buster Douglas the way he was so maniacally focused that evening against Mike Tyson? How would that same Douglas have fared against a prime ali or a prime forman for example?

I think a prime Tyson beats that Douglas and the vd infested Mike nearly pulled off the victory.
Douglas was inspired that night and would not be denied, shame he did not bother to defend the title better against Evander.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
He beats Clay and loses by 3 rd round stoppage to Foreman.
Tyson lost because he show zero head movement.
How many head shots will an inspired Douglas actually land on Ali or even Pre-Liston Clay? Not many. I don't care how motivated Douglas is.
Ali would pick Douglas apart and take Douglas out of his zone. What I mean is, Buster Douglas became even more confident against Tyson as the fight progressed. That won't happen after 5 rounds of punching air against Ali. Just because Douglas was inspired doesn't automatically mean he was unbeatable. He just caught the right opponent on the right night.

I agree with Al.
Ali by mid fight "mercy" stoppage
Foreman KO 1
Remember when Douglas was out quicked and out jabbed by like weight guys Holyfield or Tucker between that Tyson win. Styles. I used to think this version of Douglas would clear the room of other all time heavyweights then I took into account the man in front of him. Great fluid long combos and a pure focus by Douglas but he peaked and fell all in one. Tyson had dopes surrounding him and short changed himself going in and long before, took it all for granted and believed in a one punch solution. 67' Ali knew he belonged there and he'd tattoo Douglas and leave him in heavy lurches and pawing at his nose. Frustrate the ever loving feck out of him really.
Hard to imagine anyone beating '67 Ali.
Too fast. Too damn fast.
The stars aligned that night. Buster fought a perfect fight. On that night given all the same circumstances I'm not sure anyone could have beaten him. Over the years everyone has gone on and on and on about how Tyson was spent. Every year that urban legend growing exponentially and what gets lost in the whole thing is how perfect Douglas fought.
