If only criminals obeyed laws and would just not do illegal acts it would be a perfect world. If people with mental disorders, drug addictions and deep depression were diagnosed and afforded proper treatment and therapy, same. Unfortunately in this country you have the right to be a broke angry idiot with a unpredictable mean streak and there's not a thing the government can do about it.
