He wasn't going to get robbed by Arum anymore. I appreciate that he had the courage of his convictions.
(Although I would have preferred to see him fight)

Solid fighter.
All's lost! Everything's going to shit!
I wondered what happened to him too. He was a very good fighter and had a chance to be one of the top 5 in the sport. A big what if fighter for the future.

As stated above, he had contract disputes with top rank. He wanted to be free and clear. Im not sure how the contract is structured. (whether is based solely on fights or if there is a time/inactivity escape clause.) He mentioned he was willing to fight crawford and beat him (his words) if it freed him of the top rank contract. I think hes back in the gym and plans were to be back from april to the summer at welter. The plans could have changed though I read this maybe about a month to month and half ago maybe.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Such a sad waste of talent and prime years of a fighters. Promoters need shooting for tying up fighters careers and livelihoods.
Garcia must really despise Arum that he will not fight. Most fighters would just get on with it and earn some money rather than effectively going on strike.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Arum had a bunch of interviews with mentions of Garcia back in late 2014. You could tell Bob was being a massive douche acting as if its all Mikey's fault.
You are the Creator of all that is, all that was, and all there ever will be.....
