Never seen the film, the thought of watching will Smith pretending to be Ali doesn't do much for me, is it worth watching or shold I stick with raging bull?

I'll be honest with you. Will Smith in serious films makes me puke a little but he is a fit for that role - and the boxing is pretty damn good.

Plus the story is one of the greatest ever told, next to that of Jesus.

Yeah that I DID know. Plus Charles Shufford played Foreman. I just had no idea that the 'other' pan-Atlantic-heavyweight-world-champion played a key role in this film!

Never watched the movie but wonder if they let him even simulate being hit? Shufford would make a great Foreman. Its amazing what Bentt would accomplish inside of only twelve fights, especially after being ko'd in debut!
