Im reading thease last few comments and its like De Ja Vu.

What will Fury do when he gets hit by a big right hand? Same as he did when Klitschko caught him, fight back.

Took 20 rounds to beat fat John? Could that man beat a defending all time great with a huge punch in his own country? Oh yeah he did!

Joshua beat Fury up in sparring? Thats what Fury said at the time being kind. Joshua later said Fury was too rough for him. James Ali Bashir said Joshua was useless in sparring with Wladimir and had to tell him to try and fight back more or hes just going to get beaten up and sent home. Wladimir didnt want to spar Tyson.

Power soeed timing etc from Joshua. Against who? He looked shit against Whyte bar the knockout. Martin stood there static like an idiot.

He won Olympic gold? He was gifted it and was getting outboxed!

I will again have the last laugh (If matchroom are actually believing their own hype and try to make the fight) and you will all again sulk when I revel in it

Some things above that I have to agree with.
So , Ross what did you think of AJ's performance Saturday Night? Bearing in mind that we both thought he would have a lot tougher night

    Fury is a masterful boxer.

    AJ is a powerful puncher.

The idea that beating Wlad means Fury is unbeatable is beyond absurd. We're back to Buster Douglas.

There are currently several heavyweights that could potentially beat Fury and AJ.

    Wlad Klit was always shit

fury was just good at stopping him from holding, he didn't have to hit him very often to win

just shows how much wlad relied on holding

if he avoids wlads holding again then fury's next defence might be against someone who bases their strategy on punching, an elite HW fighter that punches (a first for fury)

lets see how he gets on then

I'll always maintain that Wlad was the luckiest "dominant" champion in history (modern).

Not only do I think Vitali would have smashed him but having two brothers at the top of the tree totally diluted the competition (even though it was going through a shockingly shit period).

To be fair, Wladamir suppsedly fought the most dangerous heavyweights of recent years in Haye and Povetkin and did what he wanted with them. Pulev was supposed to be something and he smashed him in two rounds. He went to America and fought the best available American and won every round.

I agree he cant really be considered "dominant" for so long because of his brother was also a belt holder for some of that time but that doesnt stop Larry Holmes being considered dominant for so long when there was other belts available and he never unified.

So, Ross, what did you think of AJ's performance on Saturday? Bearing in mind we both thought he would have a harder night of it?

@ross, what do you think of AJs performance on Saturday night?

I know before the fight you mentioned you thought he might struggle, @Primo Carnera agreed with you

I however thought it would be over in 3, I put a tenner on each of the first 3 rounds, I now have £70 in my betfred account

I thought he looked strong but still looks limited. Martin didnt use what he has and just stood there.

Joshua will overwhelm the majority of the division but he nor Hearn would take Fury, Klitschko, Wilderr Povetkin in his next fight. Hearn was unsure as to take this fight!
