If you flood a nation with ordinary people, then that will have a significant bearing on the nation doing all the taking. In Syria 40% of marriages appear to be with cousins which in turn will affect intelligence and lead to genetic abnormalities which in turn place a strain on education, healthcare and the prospective ability to work. That is just the cousin marriage aspect. Now do 60% of Syrian's not marry their cousin? Well, that is great and I commend those aspects of the culture.
