The sun is good for you. I hide away from it so much that I have to supplement vitamin D3 and Brits don't get enough of it generally. Actually, it was 29'C today and I did it with no AC! I'm knackered, I am! I love British weather! Even some of my students were complaining about the heat today. Stop teasing us, we are freezing our bollocks over here.The sun is good for you. I hide away from it so much that I have to supplement vitamin D3 and Brits don't get enough of it generally.
