    Feb 2016:- (16,3 stone)

    White massive toblerone.
    Bun and cheese.
    Chocolate peanuts and raisins.
    Mini chedders.
    Bread
    Wine!!

    What I eat now:- (14,2 stone)

    Apples x4 a day
    Advacado/chicken salad
    Green tea
    Oats and yogurt
    Chickpeas dry roasted
    Water!!!

    I don't really have trouble resisting junk food and I find ingest-able vices that inebriate you are far more tempting. Saying that though, Peanut butter! I eat it with apples and celery pretty much every day, but I can finish a whole jar if I don't stop myself, don't know what it is.


    Also for you smoothie makers, add some kind of fat or protein to it or you likely aren't really doing yourself the wonders you think you are A good full fat yogurt, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia, something like that, bitches!

    That is a lot of sugar yeh, banana mango etc . I go from everything to throwing in whey, almonds to ginseng and ginger root sometimes. It's a blender so sometimes shit just gets tossed in
