I don't really have trouble resisting junk food and I find ingest-able vices that inebriate you are far more tempting. Saying that though, Peanut butter! I eat it with apples and celery pretty much every day, but I can finish a whole jar if I don't stop myself, don't know what it is.
Also for you smoothie makers, add some kind of fat or protein to it or you likely aren't really doing yourself the wonders you think you areA good full fat yogurt, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia, something like that, bitches!
