Winamp video could be a tough one on mac. There is one way I know of, and that's with the very popular video app VLC. But, you'll find if you use the latest version and view the video you'll get a bunch of fuzzy red squares. The most current version is .84, and I warn you it will not work. But if you can find an old copy of it, version .82 or earlier, it should work.
I just noticed also that XinePlayer may be able to play nsv files successfully. It's a nice player to have, try it out and see if it works:
