They are actually the same size.

Interestingly, Kovalev fought mostly at middleweight as an amateur and Ward fought at light heavyweight.

Ward has been fighting mostly slightly smaller guys at 168 as a pro.

To me, this is the best fight that can be made in boxing. The problem is that kovalev is my favorite fighter and I also have been a fan of ward for a long time so I don't want either to lose.
