It might seem out of place but really they say brain training by playing piano, typing properly or knitting etc actually helps to prevent dementia etc. If we get hit in the head more and our brains need perhaps higher maitenance maybe in an ideal with all the time and evergy in the world stuff like this would be a part of our routine!

I'm sure it actually sounds good too but at work i can't risk having the sound on ...

I didn't realise how crucial that was until I saw a vid recently of myself running using the incorrect muscles to move my left leg forward. It's freaky how easy it must be to develop bad technique when the muscles you should be using get fatigued or injured! If only i understood earlier!

I still need to get set up with bands etc again but the fitball things I can do now and i expect they are quite challenging workouts too! Thanks Scrap!

Sharla alot of the stuff needs conciuosness, im pretty sure you understand that or it gives it you, awareness of whats going on. Most of it is maintainance and easy to follow and understand. Other stuff I do needs explaining in detail, so youre not getting that, its a progression of this stuff but with the F*****g Hell .
