Exactly how much do you think the top professionals in the shadowbox a day?

How seriously do you think they take it? Do they take it as seriously as when doing mitts because most of the time I see them on youtube its showing off for the media or just going through the motions to warm up.

When I am made to do it, its 3 rounds to just warm up.

I am awesome at shadow boxing. If there was a world title for shadow boxing I would be champion. I have excellent technique.

I am sure the professionals take it seriously and do not use it for warm up only.
