Glad to see Diaz drop a little of that tentativeness in the 2nd round.

    Diaz timed him badly there.

2-1 Diaz, looks much stronger! Vasquez is digging himself a hole. Shit.

Diaz with all sorts of confidence now, and tagging Vazquez pretty much at will toward the end of the round.

4-1 Diaz honestly rounds not close as PBC announce would have ya believe. Vasquez is stuck in between.

Hope this fight picks up, neither guy is pressing the issue and keeping it where they do better. Vasquez just jabbing to score points and keep away, and he holds way to much, but Diaz doing all his work in spurts so the rounds are close. Honestly thought Vasquez looked quite a bit more capable than he's showing tonight, all about levels I guess.

5-2 Diaz, Vasquez needs to be the work horse here instead of a stylist. That ship has sailed son!

A bit too much clinching, but overall a pretty good fight so far.

Was that Vasquez' trainer saying "dont make this close"? I have him down 7-1.

Looks like the beginning of a Jorge Barrios lip! Now or never Sammy. Nothing to lose at 6-2

I think you can only give Vasquez 3 or 4 rounds assuming he wins this one, but have a feeling he'll get the decision.
