Poor Luis Collazo, he's definatly earned himself a shot at welter against another big name, he belongs in the group of fighters that you'd pool at least Williams/Quintana/Julio/Cotto/Hatton based on talent and skills, but he isn't a marketable commodity, I think thats because New York already has their fave fighters, and he isn't really the most charismatic fighter in the game.
