The FBI is openly calling this a criminal probe even though the mainstream media will not use the terminology because they are protecting her campaign desperately. The Department of Justice will not be able to protect her this time at all. She will be prosecuted this time and go down in flames once and for all. They are using the same statute that they prosecuted David Petraeus with. David Petraeus did far less then Clinton did and he was fully prosecuted.
