Margarito still takes some silly left hook but zero on them from Alvarez. Alvarez looks completely spent and his eyes are falling apart start 7th.

Alvarez tough to hang in and stronger shots last part of round. Left hooks and Margarito will always live on the same block but chin there...Ohh Alvraez in bad shape but got up. Looked like a missed KD. Taking damage in 8th.

Alvarez better last half 9th. Really landing more than last few rounds combined..somehow. Under left eye of Margarito is muffed up now. Last round up 7-2 Margarito

Not a bad scrap really. Margarito looks to have it. Boxed smart and stayed composed but no where near volume. talk of him deep at 154 is cruel. Scores split 95-94 Alvarez..97-92 Maragrito..97-92 Maragrito.
