Yeah, because THAT's a brilliant idea......how's about 1. Don't riot like a bunch of petulant children 2. Stop breaking the law 3. Stop resisting arrest 4. If you're a felon DO NOT have a gun on you, but if you DO have a gun lay it calmly and gently on the ground.

But if you want to riot every single time a FELON is gunned down for being stupid then don't get upset when more people get shot and killed.
