I think that's where I draw the line when you hear the 'legalize drugs' line in regards to actual drug effects and crime revolving around those two specifically. I've seen people beat to a pulp for street level rocks or a quick fix. I have not seen two stoners ever come to blows over a nickel bag of bud. Though there are those who treat it as such . Edibles as far as pot can be very similar to lsd in quantity. I'm on the side of treatment rather than incarceration and asinine mandatory minimums in some possessions as with low level it is really just delaying a criminal act and addiction reboot. The irony is I know someone who kicked heroin and simply described withdrawal as a prison cell. Honestly with acid I wouldn't recommend that to my enemies and can have the highest high or the most terrifying low.

I agree. I admit I am heartbroken over so many who went to jail for crack. No politicians uttered. treatment.

So many robberies as you say beatdowns just to answer that raging addiction. Lives families communities ultimately cities brought to heel as a result.

2001 ..we witnessed our government allocate 43 million to the Taliban to curb cultivating opium.

Our government called it a success. One year later we learned Taliban murdered their competition. ..now that drug has gained easy access to users globally.

And quietly suburbs..... nation wide ravaged by the ease to get it. Now....we must look at illicit drug use with passion.

    LMAO! Zig Zag.......slow burning.

I stopped using tops long ago.. One day I had rolled a fat one...phone rang ..landline no cell early 90s for me.

When I got back to my room: the joint didn't go out. It kept burning.
Long ass piece of ash connected to a tiny piece of burning tops.
The room got high without me and it was my last joint. Damn them can't-put-it out tops.

Only paper I used were Ezwiders. The things were as big as bedsheets and I have the finger dexterity of a sedated guerilla so I needed all the help I could find. Never big on papers, just seemed to get the room high as you say. Stuck to a simple boxed one hitter or a binger when the clouds were plentiful

At least a first step with long term payoff. Now if you violate terms or fail to participate in ordered treatment then you burn the bridge. Its almost a chicken or the egg syndrome with some drugs and crime.
